Services

Four service lines. Every one delivered against written criteria.

Each line is scoped as a process problem, not a tool purchase. We map the process, agree in writing what success means, then build into the systems you already run.

  1. Process automation & AI implementation

We map your processes, rank automation candidates by expected return, and build pilots against written success criteria. We integrate with your actual systems — ERP, CRM, accounting, commerce. Nothing ships without a number to measure it against.

    • BPMN mapping of the current process, end to end
    • Automation candidates ranked by expected return, not by novelty
    • A pilot built against criteria agreed in writing beforehand
    • Integration with the ERP, CRM, accounting and commerce systems in production
  2. AI-augmented commerce

For retailers and B2B commerce operators who need product data that's complete, accurate, and scalable. Catalogue enrichment, multilingual content, customer service automation, and search tuning — integrated into the commerce platforms you already run.

    • Catalogue audit: duplicates, missing attributes, inconsistent formats
    • Automated attribute completion and product data enrichment
    • Multilingual product content with human review before publication
    • Search tuning and customer-service automation inside your platform
  3. Sales & marketing operations

Outbound automation, CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and advertising analytics — built by someone who has carried a quota. We run our own client acquisition on exactly this machinery, so our pipeline is a live case study.

    • Outbound sequences and lead routing, automated end to end
    • CRM hygiene: deduplication, field discipline, data that reports correctly
    • Pipeline reporting a sales lead can act on
    • Advertising analytics — GA4, GTM, campaign data tied back to pipeline
  4. Advisory, training & governance

AI literacy workshops in German and Romanian, aligned to EU AI Act obligations that apply now. Honest regulatory guidance: we tell you what's binding and what's postponed. We don't sell compliance panic.

    • AI literacy workshops in German and Romanian, for the teams that use the tools
    • A written account of which EU AI Act obligations apply to you now
    • Governance: who approves an automation, who owns it, what happens when it fails
    • Tool and platform selection reviewed by someone with no licence to sell

How engagements start

Four rungs. You can stop after any of them.

  1. Audit

Fixed scope. One process, mapped end to end, with the automation candidates ranked and the success criteria drafted. The map is yours whether or not we build anything.

  2. Pilot

One automation, built against the criteria agreed in the audit, in a scope small enough to prove or disprove before anyone commits to the full build.

  3. Implementation

The full process built and integrated with the systems in production, measured against the same criteria the pilot was.

  4. Care retainer

After go-live someone owns the automation: monitoring, exception handling, and the changes that surrounding systems force on it.

We don’t publish prices because the audit price depends on process complexity; you get a fixed number before you commit to anything.

What we do differently

Where we differ from the alternatives.

  • Demo-driven agencies

We don't stop at the demo. We integrate, deploy, and maintain.

A demo runs on sample data. Production runs on yours — with the surrounding systems connected and someone responsible after go-live.

  • Large consultancies

The same delivery discipline, without the overhead a large firm has to bill for.

The same delivery discipline — written criteria, documented integration, a measured result — without the overhead a large firm has to bill for.

  • Offshore shops

We work in German, Romanian and English — in your language and in your systems.

The commercial conversation and the technical one happen in your language, with the people doing the work, and without an intermediary.

  • Product vendors (ERP)

We retrofit what you already have. No rip-and-replace required.

We have no licence to sell, so keeping the system you run is a legitimate outcome of the audit.

  • RPA tools

We own the outcome, not just the platform.

A platform is a tool. What we agree to is the process result, written down before the build begins.

Pick the process that hurts most.

We map it, rank what can be automated, and write down the criteria the result would be measured against. Fixed scope, and the map is yours to keep.
