AI-augmented commerce

For retailers and B2B commerce operators who need product data that's complete, accurate, and scalable. Catalogue enrichment, multilingual content, customer service automation, and search tuning — integrated into the commerce platforms you already run.

Who this is for

  • You run a catalogue that has outgrown manual maintenance

Thousands of SKUs, supplier feeds in different formats, and attributes that are complete in some categories and empty in others.

  • You sell in more than one language

Product content is translated in spreadsheets, published late, and drifts out of step with the source catalogue.

  • Your search returns the wrong products

Relevance is limited by the data behind it. Missing attributes and duplicate records cannot be fixed by tuning the search alone.

What we deliver

  • A catalogue profile: duplicates, missing attributes, inconsistent formats, and the system each of them originates in.
  • A deduplication pipeline with the matching rules documented and borderline cases routed to a person.
  • Attribute completion from supplier feeds and model inference, with the source of every value recorded.
  • Multilingual product content with a human review gate before anything reaches a storefront.
  • Search configuration and customer-service automation inside the commerce platform you already run.

What you get in writing

Nothing is built until we agree what it has to achieve. For a catalogue that means a written definition of what counts as a duplicate, what counts as a complete attribute, and what an acceptable translation is — then a baseline taken from your own data before the work starts, and the same measurement repeated after.

What we measure

  • Attribute completeness across the catalogue

  • Duplicate rate after matching

  • Time from a change at source to published content

How the engagement runs

  1. Audit

A profile of the catalogue as it is: duplicate rate, attribute gaps, format inconsistencies, and where each of them enters the system. Fixed scope.
  2. Pilot

One category or one supplier feed, cleaned end to end against the criteria from the audit, so the rules can be checked before they touch everything else.
  3. Implementation

The pipeline built for the full catalogue and connected to the storefront, measured against the same criteria as the pilot.
  4. Care retainer

Incoming feeds monitored, quality drops flagged, common errors corrected automatically, anomalies escalated to a person.

Systems we integrate with

This is what we have delivered with, not a platform directory. If the platform your catalogue sits in is not on this list, we say so during the audit rather than after the build.

  • Commerce platforms, including SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Composable storefronts
  • Product information and master data systems
  • ERP and accounting systems that own price and stock
  • Services and integrations on AWS
  • Front ends in React and TypeScript

Start with the catalogue.

A fixed-scope audit of your product data: what is duplicated, what is missing, where it comes from, and what it takes to keep it clean.
