Sales & marketing operations

Outbound automation, CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and advertising analytics — built by someone who has carried a quota. We run our own client acquisition on exactly this machinery, so our pipeline is a live case study.

Who this is for

  • You run outbound from a CRM nobody trusts

Duplicate records, fields that get filled in when someone remembers, and two reports on the same question that disagree.

  • You cannot tell which campaigns produced pipeline

Advertising data sits in one tool and opportunities in another, and the join between them is made by hand once a month.

  • Your sales team spends its day on data entry

Lead routing, follow-up sequences and handover notes are manual, so they happen late, inconsistently, or not at all.

What we deliver

  • An audit of the CRM as it is: duplicates, field usage, stage definitions, and where the data actually enters.
  • Deduplication and field rules applied and enforced at the point of entry, with the rules written down.
  • Outbound sequences and lead routing automated end to end, including the conditions that take a lead back out of them.
  • Pipeline reporting a sales lead can act on, built on stage definitions everyone has agreed.
  • Advertising analytics — GA4 and Google Tag Manager configured so campaign data ties back to pipeline rather than to page views.

What you get in writing

Nothing is built until we agree what it has to achieve. In sales operations that starts with the definitions: what a qualified lead is, when a stage changes, what counts as a duplicate. Those go in writing first. Then we take a baseline from your own CRM and measure the same things after.

What we measure

  • Share of records that pass the agreed data rules

  • Manual steps per lead, from capture to first contact

  • Share of pipeline traceable to a source

How the engagement runs

  1. Audit

The CRM and the campaign data as they are: what is captured, what is trusted, and which reports two people read differently. Fixed scope.
  2. Pilot

One motion rebuilt against the definitions agreed in the audit — a single sequence, a single routing rule, or a single report.
  3. Implementation

The full operation built: routing, sequences, hygiene rules and reporting, measured against the same criteria as the pilot.
  4. Care retainer

Rules re-checked as the team and the campaigns change, exceptions triaged, reporting kept honest.

Systems we integrate with

This is what we have delivered with, not a platform directory. If the tool your revenue data sits in is not on this list, we say so during the audit rather than after the build.

  • CRM platforms
  • Marketing automation and email systems
  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Google and Meta advertising accounts
  • ERP and accounting systems that hold the closed-won record
  • Services and integrations on AWS

Start with the pipeline you already have.

A fixed-scope audit of the CRM, the sequences and the campaign data: what is trusted, what is not, and what it takes to make the reporting hold.
