Process automation & AI implementation

We map your processes, rank automation candidates by expected return, and build pilots against written success criteria. We integrate with your actual systems — ERP, CRM, accounting, commerce. Nothing ships without a number to measure it against.

Who this is for

  • You run a process that works because someone remembers it

The steps live in a spreadsheet, an inbox and one person’s head. It holds until that person is away, and then it does not.

  • You have systems that do not talk to each other

Orders arrive in one system and invoices in another, and someone re-keys the same data between them every day.

  • You have evaluated automation tools and cannot tell which one fits

Every platform demonstrates well. None of them tell you what happens to your exceptions, your data quality, or the cases that do not fit the happy path.

What we deliver

  • A BPMN map of the current process, end to end, including the exceptions and the workarounds people have built around it.
  • A ranked list of automation candidates, with the reasoning behind the ranking written down.
  • Success criteria for the pilot, agreed in writing before any build starts.
  • A working automation in your environment, integrated with the production ERP, CRM, accounting or commerce system the process depends on.
  • A handover: runbook, monitoring, exception paths, and a named owner for the automation after go-live.

What you get in writing

Nothing is built until we agree what it has to achieve. The success criteria are written down before the work starts, in terms you can check: what is measured, how it is measured, and where the value sits today. After go-live we measure the same things the same way. No renegotiated definition, no moved baseline.

What we measure

  • Manual handling time per case

  • Error and rework rate

  • Cycle time from trigger to completion

How the engagement runs

  1. Audit

One process, mapped end to end. Automation candidates ranked, success criteria drafted. Fixed scope, and the map is yours whether or not we build anything.
  2. Pilot

One automation, built against the criteria from the audit, scoped small enough to prove or disprove before anyone commits to the full build.
  3. Implementation

The full process built and integrated with the systems in production, measured against the same criteria as the pilot.
  4. Care retainer

After go-live someone owns the automation: monitoring, exception handling, and the changes that surrounding systems force on it.

Systems we integrate with

This is what we have delivered with, not a platform directory. If the system your process runs in is not on this list, we say so during the audit rather than after the build.

  • ERP systems of record
  • CRM platforms
  • Accounting and invoicing systems
  • Commerce platforms, including SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Services and integrations on AWS
  • Front ends in React and TypeScript

Start with one process.

A fixed-scope audit of a single process: the map, the ranked automation candidates, and the criteria we would build against.
